The next thing I did was to paste the shirt onto the nude woman. Now, as you may have noticed, the women’s hand will be in the way if I do not cut it out of the picture, so once again I utilized the magnetic lasso and used it to select and cut the hand from the picture. I pasted the hand into a new picture for later usage, but it should be noted that you could simply paste it back into the same picture in a new layer, and it would work just as well.
Next, I positioned the shirt with the bottom where it needed to be, that way the only the top would need to be positioned, and also so I would have an anchoring point to reference off of. I then selected Edit > Transform > Rotate in order to place the shirt on her in the correct angle.
I once again went to the Edit > Transform menu, and this time selected Warp. I adjusted the shirt until it matched the curves in her body on all sides. It was especially hard to match the curves on her breasts, since the models varied in breast size. Experimentation in placement is necessary in order to make the photo look natural. Next, I pasted her hand back where it originally came from, above all the other layers.
